Ingredients
500 grams minced beef
1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons cream
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
1/2
1⁄2 cup stale breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
oil for shallow frying
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except oil) in bowl. Shape into rissoles. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brow and cooked. Serve with potatoes, carrots and green vegetables. Can freeze up to a month.
