Ingredients
1 lb (450g) diced beef
8 small tortillas or shells
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream
Method:
1.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced beef and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in chili powder and cumin, season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Warm tortillas or shells in a separate skillet, oven or microwave.
5. Spoon beef mixture onto warmed tortillas and top with desired toppings.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful beef tacos!
