Beef Stir-Fry

Serves:

Ingredients

1 lb (450g) diced beef

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Method:

1. Marinate the diced beef: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Add the diced beef to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

5. Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve the beef stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.
